Simply build any TC on outpost 1 or 2 ... demolish a silo and build a TC lvl 1, when its completed (you can either do this at outpost 1 or 2) this will make the quest complete and u will get the seel for lvl 11.
Ofcourse u need to have the 5 lvl 9 TCs on outpost 2... !!
Patricia, if you can't buy anything with rubies, you're not participating. This is for ruby players and for folks who went extra cheap with every single blink they found in camps so far, hoarded days' worth of speeds and are actually willing to spend them for a contest (which is basically just like fortuna - gambling)
Trust me u won't get it done the best u'll be able to do is show it being built. I started it right away when seals were available and it takes 5 days. Contest is only 3 days. Don't bother is all I can sayOriginally Posted by Patricia Martinez

Super awesome, but what if all the quests they have for the outposts are already done, I mean I have alredy higher lvl of things that they are asking for. Do I still get the rewards or do I have to destroy my outpost and start again to get the rewards?
i could complete mine right away
you know what i know that these people need to make money but my god they are making it to where alot of people who cant afford the rubies screwed on everything alot of loyal players are going to be leaving they need to start thinking about us as well
