I am not sure if your saying the item is actually "Assassin Contracts" but now the only way to get Sin's is to Train them with "Contracts" in any Hood after you got the required Researched and Buildings.
Or win them in the PA Slots, Obtaining Assassin Bundle. It is legit for I obtained 3k Sin's from this slots. Good luck.
Can you get me a screenshot, it sounds like they are contracts that are consumed when you train troops. If you do have Assassin contracts please contact support.

yes thay r contracts wen i use all my the normal contracts i still have 1000 assassin contracts in my inventory and wen i try to use them on assassin it tells me that i dont have eney
