So I attacked a lvl 10 mtn. with a dragon and recieved a message from the game. The only problem is the message the game sent me was all in SPANISH!! Can someone tell me what this message is supposed to say?

Can you provide a screenshot of the message?
Additionally check, if your language-setting is correct. If it is, try setting it to a different language and back to your language. Maybe that helps.
The only message that comes to mind for a lvl 10 mountain is the one that announces the Ice Outpost. It's just a hint to let you know that you need to attack high level Mountains with your GD/ED/Wraith to find the egg to start the Ice OP after you have your Spectral Ruins.
