I am on the horsa11 server and did not receive the rewards for winning the games. Most of my alliance members got them but not me, I have tried to restart the game but that did not work.
I am on the horsa11 server and did not receive the rewards for winning the games. Most of my alliance members got them but not me, I have tried to restart the game but that did not work.
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Tap into your inventory
2. Force Refresh the app. You can refresh the app by tapping on your Player Name > "?" > Force App Refresh.
3. Tap back into your inventory
Your rewards should show up in your account after you follow these steps.
Jennifer this did not work. I have force refreshed over and over and they still haven't shown up.
Keep in mind that if you are a new player that just created an account in Horsa11, you will not be receiving these rewards in your account.
