So I was having trouble with the App on my Ipad like everyone else. I was not getting any report this morning US CST. My Chanc was so I kept refreshing the app with no success. So I unistalled the ap and reinstalled the ap. Went through all the nonsense. Logged in with my user name and password. No joy I was given a NewUser name and City! So I uninstalled the ap, reinstalled, logged in. I could see my city flash on the screen with all my res. and gems and then is would go back to the New User City. Anyone else having this problem? I pretty upset with the developers right now, I spent enough money on this game I would hope to get some user support from the developers. I guess I will wait and see.

The same happened to me. Only when I logged in it didn't give my city/gems and it gave me a noob name

The only way to retrieve your in-game information is logging in with your KabamID. If you cancelled the a App and downloaded again, load the application again. After the tutorial, go to your settings' page and Log In with your KabamID! If you didn't create a KabamID there is no way to retrieve your game info and you will have to restart the game from the beginning.
