my game vanished and reset me at level 1 ,,I logged off came back on and VOILA it was gone..tell me this can be fixed..and to make matters worse it started me in another galaxy..

Try changing to your original galaxy (sector).
I did that it put me back in my oroginal galaxy ,had to start all over with a new base,can't use my original 1 nor the name I picked,,and now it keeps saying game is out of sync with server,,my original base is in an alliance,this base can't even join an alliance,,and I lost over 24 hours of the beginners protection in the process..is Kabaam able to fix this issue..no since keeping a game if you can't keep what you started at first..
write in a ticket, and one of our agents can walk you through the troubleshooting steps to find your old character

thank you but I did send in a ticket and the response I got was that has been reviewed..
On the top right of the screen, there will be a button which says "Your game from:". Change that from Kabam to Facebook, or from Facebook to Kabam and your problem will probably be solved.

That option is not on the top right of my screen..all that is there is the option to purchase more platinum..and it says I am logged in as TERRORWOLF not Acticwolf..go figure.
I have had this problem if you go in to your Emails to see if theres a msg from kabam saying your base has been attacked or any type of msg to do with the game if you press on the msg it will then show you a little cc building press on that and it will load edgeworld then if you look up into the top right connor it will show face book or kabam.com press on that to see if it will take you bk to your old base, the only time i see the face book / kabam bottun is when iam in my Email account hope this helps and works for you buddy.Originally Posted by TERRORWOLF
