ive been playing KOC for 4-5 years now
So let me see if I get this straight; are we talking about virtual items or real items. Since when, throne room slots or any virtual items are a fashion related product that can go out of demand after a year? Have the mechanics of the game changed in such a way as to be no demand for these items thus Kabam lowering the price? I am sure your argument will not stand many chances with KOS players that paid full price long time ago. The only truth about discounts is, Kabam knows very well, only 2-3% of players are prepared to pay to progress in the game. But these players can only stay in the game if they have the rest 97% playing, so Kabam's answer to that is , give a discount after a while so more take up the offer and continue playing. Yes, people have the right to throw a fit if they paid full price.

prices never stay the same in real life or virtual. this is a game where people have the right to spend money to get ahead if they want to but its also a game that you gotta b confident u want that item now if ur going to buy it now. people who bought things long ago made their choices and will pay the coinsiquences if things happen to change out of their favor. i bought a di with gems i EARNED of the free video offers they advertise. i didnt complain when the price went down 3 days later. it's all base on free will.
I can't think of any reason why Kabam would not be equally responsible to all its subscribers regardless of whether they paid items in money or not, as any offer on their server will benefit them either-way.The point I was trying to make was that people who purchased items with money will be the ones most likely to complain about discounted items. That is all.
