Training Pack Dragons on Hold

I am having the same issue. And now it is not about just stuck pack dragons - it is the troops in queue AFTER the pack dragons who are also stuck. And yes, I have filed a ticket. And no, no one has contacted me regarding that ticket.

Hi TigerLady, thanks for reporting this issue. I was able to speak with a customer support agent who did confirm receipt of your ticket today around 7pm PST. I believe the response time is generally within 1 business day, so you should hopefully hear something soon.

So glad its not just me who's having problems with this issue, ive over 8k waiting and then 7.5k At's waiting....hurry up I need my idol pop back! tickets been sent, how long till we get a reply?

I did receive a response from Kabam CS. However, the resolution of the issue has not yet been completed. While I do appreciate the response, I will be happier once the issue is resolved fully.

I have 9000 packdragons + 30.000 other troops stuck in main city, I need my troops and the idle pop

they haven't done anything to help the situation and this is getting very frustrating because the pack dragons are taking up 150 thousand of my idle population and they are sitting in my main city waiting to be trained
