Upgrade times

The build or upgrade construction time does not take into account current Levitation research. The actual construction time is correct, but the posted time before selecting the upgrade is incorrect. This issue has been the case for several months.

The progress bars for Construction and Research show the current level of the building or the research and not the level of the upgrade. If I am upgrading a Training Camp to level 9, it shows it as level 8 on the progress bar. This may be intentional, but the progress bar should show what is being progressed towards. This issue has been the case for several months.

I'm sure you've already tried refreshing, clearing your cache, restarting your browser, etc. If you haven't already, could you please submit a ticket to Player Support so that they can determine whether this is a display issue or something more serious? I'm convinced it is NOT a display issue. The construction/ upgrade times shown BEFORE you press the build/ upgrade button rarely if ever reflect the times shown in the progress bar. If I'm logged on for a period of time, I will often choose what to ugrade depending on the time it states before I press the upgrade button. But the progress bar can often show a completely different time (often out by a matter of HOURS). So, this issue is affecting the way I make my choices. I need to know the biuild/ upgrade time BEFORE I commit, it's no use finding out afterwards that the actual time is different.

This does, however, raise another issue: if the progress bar is wrong (and it is this that players use when choosing, or not, to uee speed-ups), surely that is an even more serious bug??

Players need to be able to plan construction and upgrades, as well as the training of troops. Without reliable time information this is impossible!!
