    Knight

I have a 255 knight as marshal, troops reinforcing me were not sent with any knight. I don't even have a 192 knight so what the hell is going on?

Glitch? Or maybe for some reason it does an average of your knights' combat skill? Or possibly they had a TR item that decreased you knight's combat skill in that battle?

Sorry couldnt get on to post earlier.

    1. If your city is not set to defend your marshal will not participate in the battle. (He is sitting in the knight hall drinking ale with the troops.) Judging from the troop counts and types you were not defending and the troops were reins. So your marshal does not participate.
    2. Despite your saying no one set a knight with the reins someone obviously did since none of your knights would have participated since your troops were in hiding.
    3. Since you had sufficient attack stats on your cav to kill all the arch in the second round and cav have a relatively small defense stat I doubt the knight made any difference in the battle. The archers were able to get 1 hit kills against the cav meaning the attacker had a decent ore guardian and attack buffs. The only way that the knight would have made a difference was if your cav life+defense stats were with in about 20 points of the attacking archers attack stats. If that was the case then a 255 knight might have made a difference.

    4. Why are people still sending reins without knights. It is asking for a whopping. Send your highest knights on every rein every time.
Just because someone is an "Expert Member" in the forum doesn't mean they know what they are talking about....It just means they're talking.

thanks, did not know that about the marshal
though 2 players rein, 1 doesn't even have a knight that hight and although the other does have a 192 as their highest, it was and still is set in a raid.
