I have been waiting since 08/02/12 and still no reply from Kabam. My game name is SatansEscort on thirst of night in Prophecy realm. I won a completion contest and recieved 1000 rubies on 08/01/12 and I sign on the next day and they are gone. I haven't used any at all and they are gone! Why did this happen? how soon will you correct this? and when will you be putting back on my account? I always thought that nobody really wins and then I won and received the rubies. But I sign on next day and they are gone. Please restore my rubies and my faith that people do win.
