Need help from math wiz who can figure out range question

To the forum math wiz people, I'm not good at math. Can you explain this to me?

I currently have:
29% range
25% ranged range debuff
12% ranged attack debuff

What does that effectively mean in terms of enemy range I can go against? In other words, up to what amount would I have an enemy beat on range?

Depends on your opponents range. Assuming that you have the same fletching research. (if not you need an additional 5% for each lvl of fletch)

Your TR Range mod (YTR)= your range mod + your troop type range mod - their range debuff - their troop type range debuff
Their TR Range mod (TTR)= their range mod + their troop type range mod - your range debuff - your troop type range debuff

The 12% ranged attack debuff does not effect range it effects the attack stat of ranged troops (only archers)

The 25% ranged range debuff will only debuff ranged troops (archers) it will have no effect on other troop types.

The 29% range buff is enough for your archers to out range baly with no range mods but not cats with no range mods assuming equal fletch
Assuming equal fletch your arch will be equal to archers of a player with no range/ranged range buffs and 54% or more in range/ranged range debuff
Assuming equal fletch your arch will be equal to archers of a player with 54% range/ranged range buff and no range/ranged range debuffs
Assuming equal fletch your arch should be equal to archers whos combined range/ranged range buff+debuff = 54%

Thank you so much for your reply. It's very helpful. I should have mentioned my fletch is currently lvl 11, working on lvl 12. You've given me what I need to use these buffs and debuffs effectively.
