With Domain Mergers right around the corner, we’re certain many of you have questions and concerns. We’re eager to get your input concerning the Mergers. As we would like for the mergers to proceed as smoothly as possible. This thread will be the place to voice your concerns.

If you have a question that was not addressed in the FAQ, feel free to ask here and we do our best to answer with all available information. More information will be released as it becomes available.

***Update: So far the first round of Domain Mergers have been completed. Domains: 20,22,74, 148, 234, 217, 264, 265, and 309 have been successfully Merged into Domain 353.

On Tuesday August 21st we are planning to merge Domains 339, 311, 169, 132, 79,72, 68, 13, and 4 into the new, Domain 354.

Domains 326, 277, 254, 92, 77, 73, 48, 25, 21, and 19 will be merged into Domain 355.

If your Domain was not listed above, don't worry! This is one of many mergers to take place in the coming weeks.

Do we need to abandon all of our current wilds before we merge or does the merge process automatically clear our castles of all wilds?

All player controlled Wilds will be lost once the Domain Merger is completed. Player's will have to re-conquer new Wilds in the new Domain.

Question...do you lose your glory icons that you have earned so far when the merge happens?

Yes, Glory Icons are lost. However, since players are in a New Domain that is more active it should be easy for player's to regain the desired Icon.

can anyone say, if our cities will be a random cluster on the map, after the merge OR will they be placed in the typical starting province one has?

Player Cities are randomly placed on the map and will not remain in the same cluster as your previous Domain.

Now for the all important part. You will be given a 1 per player Domain Merger Chest in the shop for 0 Gems. To obtain this package, please go into the Item Shop and click on either the Featured Shop Page or the Chest Page and the Domain Merger Chest will appear in the Shop for 0 Gems. Please click the Buy button and it will be added into your inventory. The Domain Merger Chest is limited to 1 per player. It will no longer appear in the Shop once it is obtained for your account.

so does this mean that i have 4 domains merging ,into 4 different domains,i will ONLY get 1 chest..
for all four domains i am in AFTER the mergers?

Players are allow 1 Domain Merger Chest per each New Domain. So if a player is participating in 4 separate Domain Mergers, they will be able to obtain the Chest 4 separate times.

what happens to inactive players that are on a domain that merges do they loose there game ?

Any player inactive over the 60 day requirement can send in a support ticket to be properly assisted.

my 132 domain merges tomorrow, but i just want to know the time.
i'm in the uk, and would like to know so i can shut my raids down so it does not cause problems after the merger.

Domain Mergers are expected to take place around 12pm Pacific, however, this is not set in stone and they can happen before of after the specified time. We do plan for the merges to occur around 12pm, so if there are any time changes they will not be so drastic.

Haven't seen any reply to this - what time zone are we working on for the merger? Is 12noon PST correct?

You are correct, 12pm Pacific.

Im not sure if it was posted yet or not but can some one help me with an approx. time these domains will be merged tomorrow? Domains 326, 277, 254, 92, 77, 73, 48, 25, 21, and 19 will be merged into Domain 355.

i would like to know if these new domains will be opened allowing more players to join in as well as there ill be alot less domains i would make sense to open the merged ones up to new players with all the knowledge long time players have.

These new Domains will be closed to new players.
