For the heck of it, I thought I'd browse through the DoA wiki. ToN is similar in many respects to DoA.

Guess what? DoA has "mysterious clouds" too.

According to the wiki, the DoA "mysterious clouds" are an area where devs test stuff. So maybe it's the same thing in ToN. Any other suggestions?
