    Another false positive on suspension and no way to contact Kabam

    Okay, I play Kabam on two sectors (no, I don't remember their names -- that's the beauty of having the list to choose from). My username is Bladerunner. In one sector I am the leader of the {{^^^The Hive^^^}} alliance.

    Tonight I was attacking a level 150 base. I'm like level 470 or something like that. First wave I sent in 4 pulse tanks, and then dropped a marine on the other side to trigger berserk mode. Dropped another marine later in the attack to keep it going. Managed to clear a wide path to the CC and remove most of the health of the CC. Cancelled attack (per low health on pulse tanks) and then started a second attack. Sent 1 specter, since the path was clear for it to kill the CC. When the CC died I cancelled the attack. I immediately received an error message of some sort. I refreshed the browser page and was told I had been suspended. For what? This has to be a false positive, as I don't even know how to cheat at the game.

    That aside, I can't contact Kabam about this. I sent a ticket in and received an immediate response that I was using the "old" system and to go to the new site to send in a ticket. So, I did. It wants me to log in. It gives me two options: Google and Facebook. I play through Yahoo, so neither of those is useful to me. I have no way to send in a ticket for a suspension that was done in error. All very frustrating. Hoping someone from Kabam will see this and be able to help me out.

    Thanks, that did work. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon. I enjoy the game, but I keep hitting bugs -- usually out-of-synch errors which cause me not to get the gains from attacking someone, etc. Those things are really annoying, but this time it is over the top, since I can't even play anymore.

    15 hours and counting -- seriously, how long does it take to review something like this. I know it's a free game, but in this game even an hour makes a difference. I've been told (by other players) that the suspension could be permanent or could be for a week. Permanent would suck, but even a week would kill my chances in this sector. I absolutely 100% did not cheat. You have no record of me cheating because I did not cheat. Your system has yet another bug and you need to see that and fix it. I know you've looked into this before, but you've obviously missed something. Keep looking -- you'll find it.

    Hi Bladerunner - I was able to confirm with a member of our Customer Support team that they have been communicating with you in regards to your ticket since this afternoon.
