speed ups

a lot of times when I'm building something and I want to speed it up, my speed up is too big (1 hr. to speed up 45 min.) or I might have a bunch of smaller speed ups ( 5 5min. to speed up 30min.) I think that there should be a building to "customize" speed ups ( 1hr. into 2 30min. and vise versa) that way we don't waste any extra speed up time.

I also think it should produce speed ups at the ratio of about 1hr. per day
