    now I have lost another 4, and I have tried to avoid clicking anything when I have had 1 left. Do not know what on earth that 4 platinium was

    I just realized I lost 45 plat and I have not spent any plat for many weeks. I remember clearly how much plat I had yesterday because I won 10 plat from a tournament. Then this morning I lost that plat and more. After reading this thread I am sure it was this bug because I was using the defense simulator a lot last night using a lot of boosts, but I just now realized it was costing me plat. This is a huge bug and Kabam needs to refund these plat loses immediately.

    I have now raised two support tickets on this, neither of which has been responded to.

    Suggest everyone that has lost plat due to this glaring coding error raises support tickets. After all how are you going to be offered your Zoot ticket in compensation for all that stolen plat if you don't lodge a formal ticket?

    1st support call raised on the 2nd and STILL no response!

    Everyone impacted by this Kabam coding error please raise a support call ASAP and get visibility

    Hey everyone, quick update. I've shown this thread to QA and they are looking into it. Additionally, if you have any personal issues surrounding the matter, please do write in to get your personal issue addressed from a Support Agent.

    Thanks Nicholas, I have had a generic "clear your cache " response, but nothing since I sent a full explanation - call No 00240091

    Sounds like that might be an automated system response. Check to see if there's an agent name at the bottom of the response and if you haven't already, respond to it for further assistance.

    this is not a problem ... it was designed to do this you simply noticed it. the solution to the problem is to always have zero platinum in your account. I have never noticed a problem

    To give it credit where it's due, the support team contacted me with a list of plat purchase transactions and have sorted it for me. I'm now sorted to my satisfaction
