Enlarge visual problem, cant see the full page.

Hi, after loading into the game, I can only see some portion of the game. If I select full screen option, all tab and active bar are aligned towards left and does not cover the whole screen left to right. Everything in the city is still hard to see.
When I enter the MAP, my city is not at the center of the screen. Please roll back to previous but provide option for player to choose their setting please. BTY, I am also experiencing the same problem when I try to login directly through Kabam server; not via facebook. I am using my laptop most of the time and had tried different graphic settings. It did worked fine on my desktop.

Is there an option to choose the wide-screen format or the old format (which I would like to do)? I have not been able to use the activation buttons that are located now on the bottom of the screen like ATTACK and MY ITEMS. It seems like the main play screen has been cut short. I cannot resign from an alliance either because the RESIGN button is located at the bottom of the screen which is now not there! What can i do? Who do I talk (write to) to get answers?
