make sure it up-to date flash player if it is try uninstalling it then re-installing you're instillation may have become corrupt it

I am unable to log in..server timed out..others werent either able to log in but some can now...least you'll can do is update us about the downtime.Also trying to raise a ticket now seems to be tougher than..climbing mount everest..even the "contact us" button isnt working..and please get rid of the million FAQ's and put in a link for raising a support ticket...damn you guys a supposed to make life easier..tis like running arnd a maze trying to find what yuor looking for!!

(FINAL EDEN) hi my game stops working all of a sudden its the third time its happened,i have two accounts for this game and they are both not working i have tried all the trouble shooting fixes and none of them help i even started using google chrome but that did not help either i am using the latest version of flash player and my caches are cleared ,so the game loads i can see my base the troop and build time counters are still counting down and the command centre top thing still spins but when i move the mouse over anything i cant access it so i can see ever thing is working but i cant control anything ,i also play thirst of the night another game by kabam and it works just fine no problems at all ,my account name is piddle my game name is skywalker and im on the romero domain , also if you test my game account and it works for you please tell me what browser ,flash ,and settings you use so i might try them to prevent this from happening again as i like this game and find these lock outs very frustrating ,thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues playing the game. If you haven't already, I'd suggest submitting a support ticket by clicking here. Hopefully the support team should be able to resolve your issue!

i have done that ,everything that you guys have said i should try i have many times , also i have had a tech guy come and look at my pc to see if there was a problem and he found none this has happened 3 times and every time it does i send a ticket for support only to be told a few days later that the issue is fixed when it is not then i am told that you guys can enter my account and it works for you also i am told the issue is on my end but i can play thirst of the night with my piddle account and not final eden so you can see why im a bit confused by that ,one works one wont and ive never had a problem with thirst of the night only final eden i even made a second final eden account to see if the game still work on my pc while my first account was not working and i was able to and it worked for about 5 days then i was locked out just like my first account , so in closing i have tried everything i can try from my end and i mean everything from changing browsers , uninstalling and reinstalling the game my flash i even tried to restore my pc to an earlier version ive cleared my caches ive made sure everything that can be is updated with the latest versions ,all i want to do is play a good game and i cant do any more from here so im asking you to help me ,thanks ,its been 4 days since it stopped working and my clan is leaving me behind

If you have any anti-virus software such as Norton, then make sure that it does not block Kabam.com or Final-Eden.
