Tapjoy gems

Gems are appearing on the KoC app before I sign into my kabam ID and when I am signed in on my ID. The gems are still being sent to the default city(even when I'm already logged into kabam ID on the app) you get as soon as you download the app This should give you a really good spot where to look and how to change the way it's working to correctly work I've found out people who registered to kabam ID before they registered with tap joy are coming across this same problem but people who are registering with tapjoy.com before they register with KabamID are experiencing no problems what so ever. So if you can diagnose this problem and get it fixed a.s.a.p people will be devouring the apps giving them the recognition they deserve

I just want my gems that I have accumulated by downloading on my account that I play on and not on some phantom game.... Quite frustrating kinda getting ticked about it being as nice as I can about it thanks

I must say i downloaded around 9 games for maybe 15 gems from tapjoy.com and don´t get neither the first one!! I really dont know what happen, seems in my server i am the only one with this problem.

Having the same issue. Tried uninstalling the game and they are in fact going to the default guest account.

Same issue here, gems keep going to account created when you do the tutorial before you can log in. No response from tapjoy yet. I had no problems with tapjoy until I had to reinstall the app.

Tapjoy says this is a Camelot issue. I would tend to agree with tapjoy on this one. I think the one nice thing about the new account being set up every time you reinstall the app is that it will slow people down from having multiple accounts. Downside, Tapjoy doesnt work! Please correct this problem for those that have issued, whether manually or thru upgrade. Thank you.
