Cut the animations as a start. There should be an on and off switch on the bottom of the bar besides the music settings.

The animations in research is hilarious. I don't see what was wrong with how it looked before? It doesn't look better now or more cool.. Away with the animations!

Been a lot of issues going in since the release of the Park Avenue, just like always when they release a new thing. Starts to get boring, this shows how poorly they are taking care of the game. Instead of working on the actual game they always seem to be working on different ways to get more money and sell more diamonds.

I do find it very odd that some of their worst mistakes, and errors happen during tournament times... and they never have anything in their defense to say about it. It's either lies, or like now... silence.

That is because they`re apparantly only able to work on the game on Fridays - also, they let tournaments only take place during weekends, although, at least during the summer months, more people are online during the week than on weekends. And as of why there`s no statement about all that here . . . I guess they just don`t have a clue themselves what`s going on. But I guess, all those lags and frozen games are because of that murder mass deletion of old mails they try at present.

i cannot get into the game more then 3 minutes without having to refreesh then it takes 30 minutes to get the game to come up i cant get online long enough to start troops training what is kabam going to do they should give us all free favor bundles and free pa bonds and free troop bundles i mean this is a joke i cant get online long enough to do anything and it has been a whole day of this

i finally get the game to load and now it will not let me start my troops training wtf kabam why dont u fix this problem it has been over a day and why doesnt anyone from kabam say anything ????

the game is royaly XXXXX i had it tell me my troops were stationed at a murder inc gang for 2 hours yesterday i really think kabam owes me free favors free pa bonds and free troop bundles since i cant attack mi gangs because of game malfuction to get favors and pa bonds and i cant start troops training and i cant gain any respect for tournament so kabam owes me and everyone free stuff for their XXXXXXXX again

I'm having exactly the same issue as TimeLord says in the previous post above^. This basicly makes the game unplayable. Hopefully this is fixed soon, I've not had any issues prior to Friday the 20th, but it's very bad, unplayable. Of course all of the FAQ recommendations for Lag have been tried, the problem is on Kabam's end.

This. This has been the problem for a day now. And without a response from the Kabam team about it, I have to assume it's directly their fault for not waiting until the tournament is OVER to do whatever it is they're doing that's causing the issue. I have never played a game with such unqualified, unprofessional employees before coming here to Kabam. You can't get ahold of anyone that's real, and well over half of the customer support tickets are answered with automated, SCRIPTED responses. Poor form indeed.

its a xxxx joke i cant switch between my hoods without the game locking up i cant send out attacks because the game freezes up only minutes after the 20 minutes wait it takes to get the game to load

i mean what are we supposed to do ?????????? kabam doesnt answer i cant get anything done on the game and it is kabams fault

how are we supposed to compete in respect tournament if we cant get online to gain respect and how are we supposed to collect pa bonds and get favor bundles if we are not online long enough to attack mi gangs why does kabam not answer ??????????????

I am having these same issues. Can't log in, can't switch estates, can send attacks. I am currently in 9th place for the tournament. Please look into this issue on all server.
