New Sector, New Alliance ?

So Black Eye Galaxy finally has a high population. High population= possible new sector opening soon? I hope so. If a new sector does open up I think maybe we should get a few people together before it even starts so we have an idea what we're gonna do. You know that there will be a lot of new people coming in not knowing what they're doing and it'll leave us to have to help them. =p. Thinking about starting an alliance now will only help us stronger in the end. Who's with me? I'll be looking for a strong leader that will lead us to the top 12. Let me know!
