Every time I try upgrading a building, check in-game mail, or do any activity on Carpathian, it takes multiple refreshes just to log back in. If I'm lucky, I can do one action before having to repeat the refresh process. This just started around 3:47 a.m. Central time, July 14, 2012. Other players are reporting the same thing in WC.
