Locked out of the game

My in game username is Shepherd. After completing the final story mission I can no longer open the game. I click 'play' and the button disappears, then nothing happens. This happened to a friend as well and the issue was resolved on Kabam's end some how. Could I please get some assistance with this issue! I haven't been able to log in for over 2 days now, thanks.

I have flagged the final Mission in the Story tree as incomplete -- please do not complete it at this time. We are working on permanently resolving this issue, and I'm sorry you were locked out of the game in the meantime. In the future please don't hesitate to write in immediately to Support if you experience something of this nature.

Great thanks, I can get into the game now! I won't attempt the mission until instructed otherwise.

I am having this issue as well now, i have recently completed the final story mission and now can not get into the game. My game username is Broady.

I didn't think there was an issue completing the story, I thought it was if you completed the military missions.

This issue can occur in the Story Branch of your Missions. As a quick fix, the team was able to flag the last Story Mission as incomplete. If you are able to get back into the game, please do no re-complete this mission, as we are currently working to provide a permanent resolution at this time. If you are still unable to log into the game, please submit a Customer Support Ticket and one of our Agents will be able to assist you further.
