Spectral Ruins Not Working As Intended! (UPDATED 7.17.2012)
Some users are concerned that players are hiding Resources and Troops in their Spectral Ruins. Please be aware that currently the Spectral Ruins are not working as designed. Because the Spectral Ruins cannot be attacked, you should NOT be able to reinforce them. We strongly recommend that you avoid reinforcing your Spectral Ruins at this time. A fix will be deployed to change this in the very near future. We appreciate your patience until this update occurs!
Players of Atlantis,
After much deliberation weighing the advantages and disadvantages and -- most importantly -- your opinions on the proposed Spectral Ruins bug fix, the Dragons of Atlantis Team has decided not to proceed further on resolving the issue. It was decided that the Spectral Ruins and its current functionality will remain intact. We, instead, plan to embrace and improve its performance.
Some players have reported that reinforcements sent to the Spectral Ruins, in the form of troops and resources, sometimes disappear. We apologize for any frustration caused by this issue. We thoroughly investigated and determined that these troops/resources are actually intact and that their disappearance is the result of a display issue. Our Engineering Team will be working on a fix. Expect to see improved performance in a future release.
