    User petition for Hardcore Server

I think this has been on the minds of players for a long time they just don’t post about it often. I know that Kabam! needs money to keep this game going, and yes we want to support that!!! But also we want a sever that is not diluted to a glorified money game. We want a true Sever of Champions, a gems less free sever that is geared for hard core players, that has modifications aimed at giving you premium items (ie: provinces, inspirations, gems) not through money but work.

The last tournament of champions was a joke, no average player has a chance at without dropping over $100. With the winner having over 100 million might gain. This idea would change all that while not effecting Kabam’s revenue at all. This

Who pays for the server ?
and how will anyone fight, every one be sitting on auto trying to craft all the items you ned to buy, auto df, auto build and everyone would have to to that other wise in 14 days you would have to quite the domain

the goal here is to for at least one domain (sever) to be gem-less, to cut out the money game and test real skill. i wish there was a way to cut out bots but you cant, thats a fact. but this is just a raw outline for this idea. witch i see your point i do. but the question here is if you like this idea overall, not the problems it does have because there is problems but problems that can be solved.

But, like cbr said...who pays for it? You are wanting a domain where Kabam can't make money at all...and is supposed to give you the things (that people are paying for now) you want just because you play there? Think about that for a moment.

Say they did do it...and you play there. How long do you have to play before you get your first DI? Now, say you manage to get 300 people to play there...a Divine Inspiration is 45 Gems...roughly $4.50. So, to give everyone on that domain a DI...they are losing out on $1350. And that is only for ONE Divine Inspiration. How many Lv10 buildings do you have in your cities right now? Even if everyone only upgraded their Castle, Rally Point, Alchemy Lab and one Barracks to Lv10...now they are out $5400. And that is only one city...up to a Lv10. Then you want to take it to Lv12?

Basically, what you are asking for is them to design a whole new game, just for you...and then not expect them to not make any money off of it? Would you work for free?

ok, no i dont think about any of the things you say. and heres why.
    1. Kabam will make money on the domains they have working right now. one gem-less domain will not make a difference, how many domains do you have? 3,4,5 there ya go your going to keep spending money on them.
    2. I for one want to play games were i have a fare chance of winning or being a top tire player, right now you have to drop about $50 a mouth to have a chance, you say no. then how do you get 30,000,000 might in 4 days with out spending $200+? ummmmmmmmmh, you don't
    3. you dont like that idea, then try this, make it a sand box sever. a way to test out how the game works and lvl 9 would be the cap.

my point is here is i hate the money game, its unfair. And do you know how many upstart game publishers and unsponsored indy dev tems that work for free untill they get there break? A lot. To work for a game that could launch a career, you better bet i would do it for free.

perhaps you should learn how to play then mate. I have a decent TR, plenty of TTS boost enough to get me about a mil might a day from training ballis (8 cities) I've spent bare minimum on this game, only the bits to keep up with research and stuff, i don't buy speed ups, don't buy other silly things, just the occasional DI. Ports i win in tourneys. Tourney's i can get up to 15-25mil might (with help from bots admittedly) but still it gets me somewhere when i try.

Get used to the fact that their are people with money- someones gotta keep us all playing, if they weren't paying then we'd be out of a game and then we wouldn't be here. Your never gonna be #1, unlikely anyway, unless you spend, but it's that kinda game. Yes you can play without spending too much, maybe not being the best, but you can get a good deal out of it if you put some effort into it.

Stop complaining, enjoy the game, or go away,

    Happy Warring

    1. But it costs money to run EVERY server...so, having a server that they have to pay to operate and maintain, but are not recouping those costs from is not a viable business decision. Spending money on something, that you are not going to get money back from is something that not too many companies would ever consider...it is just excess spending.

    2. So you think that might makes you a top-tier player? Let me key you into a little secret...more might doesn't make you any better than anyone else. I have seen 20M might players with a better understanding of the game than 150M might players. Might doesn't mean anything unless you actually know how to use it. The ones that do...THOSE are top-tier players.

    3. If you are going to test how the game works (which, they already have test servers), why would you put any caps on it? That doesn't test the game at all...the game has evolved way past Lv9. If you want to test the game...you need to test it as it is.

If you don't like the "money game", then you picked the wrong game to start with. KoC has been a "money game" since day 1...The money-spenders have always had the advantage...they could get things before everyone else, they could build, train and research faster and have always had the "edge". Which is how it should be whether we like it or not...THEY are the ones that pay Kabam's bills and keep this game "free-to-play" for the rest of us.

Do you know how many upstart game publishers and unsponsored indy developers come and go day-by-day? A LOT! And they work for free in hopes of one day getting a paying gig...so, not entirely sure what your point was in that.

hey i still think its a good idea, but how kabam models this game around $ is outragus. 20-25mill that's do-able but not 200-300mill your spending major $.
and just to be clear I am not insulting anyone, and i dont down grading me as a player just because you dont agree with me. i bet you all have ideas for this game too.

but i have been thinking about, and i like the idea of a sand box domain alot better.

but my point remains the same, money wins this game not skill.
