If you have any accounts in any other realms that you don't play, check them. Kabam in their infinite wisdom, notified me that my troops were awarded on July 4 in one of the realms I do not play in. It's an inactive account. They seem to think this should satisfy my inquiries. Now they are ignoring all of my requests to send the troops to the correct realm.
one of the event prizes I was waiting for was placed in my inactive account in Lotus. For all of you that are still missing your prizes, check any and all inactive accounts you have. They're probably in one of them. I have yet to receive a response from Kabam about correcting their error. it seems I'm being ignored about this issue. However, I am not going to stop contacting them until they make it right. They got their money up front and I got nothing, unless I want to start playing an inactive account, which I do not. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't prizes supposed to be awarded to the account that is participating or purchasing the rubies? Nowhere does it state that prizes will be awarded to any random account in any realm, whether active or inactive. What would be the point in participating if they do that to everybody? They need to correct their errors in a timely manner, with or without one of their insincere apologies. KABAM.....DO THE RIGHT THING FOR ONCE....PLEASE!
check your inactive realm accounts. that's where my prizes went. I am so disgusted and disappointed. Now they're ignoring my requests to correct their error.
