My main city is STILL MISSING

I lost my villages too please help me, I was playing at lancelot20. I been writing to every user that have a kabam in their name but no ones seems to care, I even send a tweet to kabam and they only tReated me like a fool. So please somebody help me.I spend a lot of time and gems in this game and I dont wanna loose it.

Can anyone help me wtih this. My main city, the first of 8 cities, level 12 castle and walls is now missing for mulitple WEEEKS. I have sent in repotrts to coustomer support, started another thread and not gotten one response from KaSham. Seriously, most of my army was there and most of my might was in taht city and it is freaking gone. Do Kabam people look at these boards? I just cannot believe that a company would leave something like this hanging out there.

my city wont load and it has been 4 days im going to lose everything so why is it doing this please fix it

Here is my latest update, or the corporate FU I recieved. It seems that just putting my city back is as far as these doobers will go, the dozen or so maxxed knights and 9-10 level 10 mountains are just gone and they wont do anything about it, in fact, they have closed the ticket and will not longer respond to it. Thanks Kabam, I appreciate the greaseless screw job.

Somehow my main city was deleted, I write in, send 5 or 6 tickets, open a forum thread and wait two and one half months. Finally the city is replaced and all seems well, soon I realize that the 10 level 10 mountains that i had were gone, the MANY maxxed knights were gone. Once again I reply to the oh-so-helpful ticketing system and forums. The responses I get are canned OR explaining how i cannot be helped because I abandoned the city. I cannot seem to get any further than that, somehow, I am responsible for whatever glitch killed my city, even though I have NEVER EVER abandoned my main city, the only level 12 city AND 15 Million troops of various kinds. In that case I give up, I will remove this frustrating, circle jerk game and just move on. To the rest of you, dont ask IF it will happen to you, ask WHEN.

Not gonna be of much help...but...that's the price you pay for a Beta game from a company that really doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service...Tough luck fella.
