My main city is STILL MISSING

Delta are you still out there? ANy reason why no one replys to me about this issue? I have at least 5 tickets in the system about this, and i will not be letting it go.

so, for 2 or three weeks before I posted on the forums you have ignored me and now for 3 weeks after I post, you ignore me. A very large dislike is growing here, if I cannot get any kind of response on this issue I will eventually have to begin associating Kabam with no coustomer service in places other than this board. Not a threat, just a fact. I have no power here to affect change, I dont even have a ticket number for any of the 6 times I have reported th is problem so I will begin a truth campaign somtime in the near future. It may not affect anything but at least i will be doing something.

After looking further I believe they have an incorrect email address for me. I did go into account settings and try to change it but the system will not let me. Since the email comes from Facebook I am not sure how it is incorrect, but it is.

i still have not heard anything back, at least now I realize why I have not received an email from them..but the ticket i made to get my email address fixed in thier records has not been taken yet either, it seems.

have you checked your spam folder i noticed i hadnt received a response at 1 point checked spam folder and the response war there of course by the time i checked the spam folder they had closed the ticket lol so i had to reissue the message with screen shots
