Welcome to the Bugs and Known Issues section of the forums! This is where players are welcome to discuss any issues and bugs you may run into while playing The Godfather: Five Families.

During a Closed Beta period, the gameplay is very dynamic. We understand that you may encounter a bug or issue while playing, and we want to work on fixing these as quickly as possible! Please make sure you search through this section before creating a new thread. There is a possibility that another player has had the same problem as you, and you may be able to help each other understand how the problem started and combine your efforts to better represent the bug to the game team.

Work with each other to figure out how to reproduce your issues. Clear steps to reproduce are incredibly valuable when we are trying to create solutions to these issues and will help us work on creating a fix more quickly. When reporting a bug on these forums, please answer the following questions:

  1. What is the Bug/Issue? - Summarize the issue as best you can.
  2. How did you encounter this Bug? - Try and be as clear as possible in this step!
  3. Which browser are you using? - Chrome? Firefox? Internet Explorer?
  4. When you encounter the Bug/Issue, try clicking "Refresh" on your browser. Did this help?

Finally, make sure to check out the Patch Notes section of the Forums to see if the issue has already been resolved! We will be updating this section often when issues have been corrected.
