Incendiary turret improvement/reason to upgrade them more aggressively.

I think the rate of fire should be increased for the incendiary. Then people wouldn't save it to the very last and only upgrade it when everything else has been upgraded. Most, if not all, of the other defense towers have something about them that makes them attractive to upgrade. Even the Tesla. Although it's health isn't great, they can target multiple enemies. So in the same respect, I think if incendiaries had something special about them, like a higher rate of fire, they would be more attractive to upgrade earlier.

They do ridiculous amounts of damage compared to any other turret, so when they gain range, or health, it is much more significant than when other turrets gain health or range.

    Anyway
Sniper turrets gain 0% health and damage
X1 gain 10% range, health and damage
Incendiary turrets gain 17% range, health and damage
Concussion turrets gain 25% range, health and damage
Gun turrets gain 80% range, health and damage

Tesla gain 10% range, multiple extra targets, health and damage.

I don't see why incendiary are being single out.

They do "ridiculous amounts of damage compared to ANY other turret"? They do 560 damage at lvl 12. It's good, NOT ridiculous. Teslas do 800, concussion's 700, guns 600, cannons 600. Plus, and most importantly, I don't have to spend cores to build those others, at least not till later on. And how did you calculate these stats you posted? For example, Sniper gain like 1000% damage, 700%+ health, etc from lvl 1 to level 12. The other guns stats follow that same pattern.

I singled the Incendiaries out because first, they cost incendiary cores to build. If they're going to incur an added expense, they should be worth it. More often than not, people building up their base leave the incendiaries till the end or not at all.

Remember that the incendiary turrets do a lot more than their listed damage - that is how much they do instantly, then they do damage over time.

That's true, they do have the residual damage. But right now, players in general do not go out of their way to upgrade the incendiaries. I think they need to be "sweetened" a little bit so we'll be more motivated to upgrade them. Plus, there's not another turret on the game who's rate of fire is the selling point. Unless Kabam's got ANOTHER turret up their sleeve.

If they didnt need so many cores, i would have started on them first. The reason why you dont see many players with high level incendiary turrets is simply because of that reason, not having the cores to upgrade them.
I'd say they are one of the stronger turrets in offense by lowering health of troops over time.
