Kabam are you really calling me a liar and a cheat??

Are you are calling me a liar and a cheat? Well if so I want to see the evidence if not give me the benefit of the doubt, it’s not like I have complained about this before is it. Why would I be so upset and feel so strongly cheated if I wasn’t telling the dam truth?

Are you saying that your standings board that didn’t update for several hours and wasn’t showing anyone’s might gain for at least 4 hrs; couldn’t possibly have lagged and registered my start might an hour late? If so well I have plenty of whiteness to how long it took for standings to appear!!

At the start of the tourney Wed, 27 Jun 2012, 7:01 PM GMT; I had, a little over 400k catapults (420k I think) with a little over 23 million might; by 8 pm GMT I had near 600k catapults and over 26 million might. I didn’t even notice that a tourney had started until I refreshed my page at around 7:30 ish pm GMT!

1x Epic Hourglass, 8x Arthur's Hourglass, 4x Morgana's Hourglass, 10x Guinevere's Hourglass, at least 26x Knight's Hourglass, 1x Arthur's Tutelage and 6x Lancelot's Tutelage’s Plus over 100k gifted or bought troops were all used after 7:01 pm to complete troops I had in my training cues. Yet 4 hours later I still only had 400k on the tourney standings!

You can’t deny I had those items and you can’t deny I used them after 7 pm GMT (prove it!!) but wasn’t credited the might for the troops I trained using them; because your system lagged and registered my start might at 8 pm GMT not what it was at 7pm GMT!! Don’t just tell me “you checked” PROVE ME WRONG!! I dare you prove me wrong.

Why on earth would I use all those items I had saved for so long for a tourney before a tourney to complete a few cats? I would never have used them for another reason than a tourney why else did I save them for so long?

Either you owe me the items I used or you need to credit me the might now! You can’t have your cake and eat it either your calling me a liar and I didn’t use those items to gain 3 million might after the tourney started! Or they are still in my inventory which they are not! I am quite sure I am not the 1st or last player this has happened too.

I am so anoyed about this this is my 1st ever post on forum so everyone can see how Kabam cheats honest players!!

Surely Kabam will look into this more closely for you. I certainly hope so.
With all the cheats being used in Tournaments now, is frustrating when you are not credited for might you have earned legitimately.

Oh and Kabam i know it was gone 7:30 pm GMT when i used the items as my daughters bed time just happens to be 7:30 pm so it was after i put her to bed i refreshed and saw tourney was on! So dont even try and say i used them early!!!!

With all the money you make off of us, are you really going to cheat the poor guy out of what he has worked his butt off for? And almost basically call him a liar, really? Get a grip folks! You make way too much money off of us all and this game, to plain cheat anyone out of anything!!! Time for you all to step up and simply do the right thing, for the guy. He is probably one of your Most devoted players, that follows the game and rules to a T.... Do the right thing here and credit it for what he is do! Atleast he plays right and fair and does Not cheat, like others do. Specially a couple of them that are on the leader board, right now!

This support ticket appears to be a duplicate of another request currently in our system, and thus this ticket will now be closed.

i saw his drop and i have had it done to me and i troop getting lost there r a lot of problems with this game and some one that dont spend money has no chance to win any thing good or to fight the people that do

From what I have seen, kabam GMT time is usually +1 hour. I think the tourney actually started at 8:00pm GMT and will finish at 1:00am GMT on 01 July. So if say that you used up the troops and speed-ups at 7:30pm then according to kabam, you have used it 30 mins before the tourney started. During the last tourney, our alliance players were confused as to when the tourney was finishing and it evenually finished 1 hour after their scheduled finish time (GMT time).

Although i do agree that kabam has to get their timing right so that we can plan our training accordingly. I live in the UK and get confused with their start and end time.

I can see that point but instead of giving me BS excuses and then ignoring me it would be nice of kabam’s support to have told or suggested this is what may have indeed happened.

But I think not because I checked the tourney standings board before I used my prob 1000 gems worth of items and it had been cleared with no names on it. It stayed clear for another 4 hrs I know I was looking every 2 min’s to see if how much it had resisted for me expecting my nice 3 million might start. Now surely they don’t clear the tourney standings board until the tourney starts?

Yes if they are not clear as to if they are stating +1 time our actual time then I can still see fault with kabam either way. AKA I was mislead into using items 30 min’s early because they have never made it clear exactly what they mean.
If I sit back down at my pc after putting my daughter to bed and see caravan msg stating the tourney starts @ 17:00 GMT and I look at the clock on my pc which says its 17;30 GMT I am going to believe the tourney has started!

*EDIT* if it was indeed this a simple misunderstanding i would be quite happy for kabam to take back the troops i gained, recalculate my might and restore the items used to my inv so i can have a go in another tourney*EDIT*

I am in his alliance and i can tell you that he started in the tourney when everyone else did. The tourney already started when he started building might for it.

Even the usa guys in my alliance believed the turney had started im sure they would have checked us time. they have ti be clear about this they cant start tourneys and say but you have to guess what timme it starts. I believe most of the USA guys and indeed the rest of the koc comunity use the tourney board being cleared as marking the tourney start, they have diff timezones too.
