Known Issue - Troop Exploit

We have been working on addressing a current troop exploit which is causing an imbalance in some Worlds, and would like to provide an update on our progress.

We have taken action against many users who have been caught abusing this exploit, and every day we continue to scan and investigate suspicious users. We have seen that a very high percentage of users who attempt to use this exploit also experience many other issues with the game at a higher rate such as wall evade issues, missing troops, building and research failures, and most of all Stuck Marches.

The use of this exploit and other third party add-ons is strictly prohibited, and anyone caught using these will have appropriate action taken against their account.

We do have a fix in the works that is due to be implemented in the very near future, and we will make sure to provide further updates on this issue when we have them.

Hate to burst your bubble, Josh, but some of us don't use the exploits and still wind up experiencing the other issues you indicated. Are you planning on banning everyone that experiences these problems as a result of someone else cheating? It's going to tick off a lot of players--free and paying--when you ban the innocent (again). You saw what happened here on the forum the last time that happened.

If you want to discourage the cheats, then simplify. Get rid of the leaderboard, since that's the primary goal of the cheats.

So...your gonna pass off all of our troop/power loses and say its cause of hacking. Seems legit...lol well I have lost around 70k+ snipers and around 10k ats in both sets of the game glitching, along with never receiving my "special gift". I have been hurt by your guys incompetent coding and lack of a security system. Make a anti hack, limit production rates of troops, if someone makes more troops then possible in a day....well there's your hackers. And you can always track when people use speed ups. There's many ways to prevent hacking and you haven't taken any, then when a problem arises, blame it on hacks. Be a real company, you are making money use it to help make more, not let players experience glitches then hope there's some rich player willing to throw you another 500 bucks to rebuild what they lost. Fix the game, fix the company and become decent and you will draw in more people, all you doin now is losing players. Or is the sole fact for makin this game to keep people occupied untill you can make another counter part, call this one compleate and then continue to rip off people. DO SOMETHING USEFUL!

Ka-dud has experienced a virtual torrent of "customer support tickets" due to the problems we've all had or seen. How to catch a break if you're in "customer support"? Call everyone experiencing issues a "cheater" and ban them. Then people will be cowed into silence; they won't submit tickets and they won't complain on the forum. Then Ka-put doesn't need to hire more customer support staff and train them.

All I know is that I just lost 84138 Vampire Bats. From this glitch, this is my mule account, and I wouldn't bother cheating on a game that is basically a lesser version of Evony, and incredibly more glitchy.

WOAH WOAH WOAH....... Your saying I got 51,000 snipers and 2,000 At's and LOSS of over 300k power due to some nameless person cheating, or by your powers of observation too much power gain in short time and there for punished????

josh admitted theres a problem with the wall evade problem... now thats to funny... i havent cheated yet myself and 2 other guys were victims to cheats who used the auto-defend script resulting in myself losin over 2.6million in power and alot of troops... now josh said there is such problem yet i was told that after i reported what happened to us,6 weeks later i get a mail saying the techs done tests and couldnt find anyway to switch the wall... i mailed them back and asked them to check google,my reply was its your own fault,case closed... nice way to treat someone who pays to play...

Keep in mind the kind of people we have playing this game. When you suffer problems and start divulging them in world chat, some of these people will harass you as a "cheat" just because Josh said so. I don't know about you, but I find being falsely accused of doing something I'm not doing to be most offensive. And it's also highly irresponsible on Ka-funct's part.

When these "great thinkers" on world chat begin badgering you for game play problems, Ka-put won't do squat to shut them down. This whole company is set up to mistreat and abuse people. They should market all of their games to the sado-masochist crowd and warn decent people to stay away.

I play at work and i get what looks like stuck marches but all i have to do is refresh the page. I have not and do not cheat using other program. If you check my battles i collect blood to build up my troops. This time when i sent out troops to get blood it did the same and on the last march i sent out they did not go out and i could not send them out, so i refreshed web page. Two of the marches were in waiting and the rest of troops were just gone. the next day all marches were gone and troop were not there. This happen the day you did an update. I am missing over 200k troops( almost a mil in power). Now if you think about in you are getting a lot of complants from a lot of people. Do you really think that many people cheated on this game to have the knowhow and ability to do this? Threre are way to many people that had the same issue as i did to be an exploit.
