Known Issue - Troops Stuck Marching

And to make a wrongful generalized statement as you did, "all of you gaming companies are the same" poor customer service, platforms riddled with gliches you refuse to fix, delayed everything for your member base, but you will walk around with your leg up and hand out to try take the money from the people who do spend, so fix your game yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really 2 months trying to get chat and marching to work properly and this is your response. Blame the players?

I've seen people in chat (when it's working) threatening to get non-Kabam players to script and hack the servers. All because they're ticked off.

I am getting VERY discouraged playing this game. I have dumped quite a bit of money into it buying rubies etc, and am still having issues of troops "Waiting for report" rather than returning, chat will not load or, if it does, I can't say anything in it in either alliance or world chat, nor can I get but one or MAYBE two speedups per day while spending all day farming Rbc's. And rarely do I get anything out of farming Shank's level 10. This is getting worse than ridiculous having to deal with this on a daily basis. All of this, not to mention the outrageously impossible attacks from alliances and allowing of known cheating issues is making me seriously consider pulling my money back out of this game. I have a total of 4 accounts and am linked to 6 others with money spent on all. Please fix this VERY soon.

Okay this is what happened.
I sent a general and troops on a march along with another.
First general started but the 2nd didn't so I sent them again.... nothing.
So I did it again.... Finally it showed them marching.
I come back home a little while later to check things out and I got 4 "Waiting For Report" displays in my march area.
1 is the first general and 3 are the same 2nd general I sent.
I figured it was just lag so I waited a few hours.... still the same.
Went to bed... woke up... still the same....

Any way to fix this?

i farm for speeds in waves. two of my marches are stuck. i have asked fr help and still i have stuck marches
i have done everythig by the book but still nothing.
i put money in the game, even got the mail to prove it, i expect some help or something so i can at least continue to play.
sorry if you want more of my money, do something to prove u worth it

Nyne, The same with me, I sent a general for a march, nothing happens, so I selected him again and sent another march. Then it shows, BUT! they got stuck with waiting report, cuz the "game" thinks it's not possible the general was used for 2 marches at the very same time... but now my troops are stuck, 4 of them.

When I manually recall them from ass.point, they don't come back. Loged out, back in, not fixed.

...I wonder if a server reboot would temporarily fix this issue for all players with currently stuck troops.

Kabam do something about it.

I got more and more generals missing, i cant use them for attacks and defence.
I lost a lot on getting attacked because i can not defend with my higher ranks generals.
Got this message all the time.

Unable to use target General. General must be in the City to be used. If you receive this message in error, please refresh the game.

I spend money on this game, so we deserve help from you.
