Throne room upgrade and enhance and issues with support

Hi i wouild really like one of the people from Kabam to read this and take some action and contact me, i was trying out the enhance upgrade feature in my throne room using the tokens etc as at the time the 2x and 4x chance was active and i though it was worth a try.

I used 390 gems and didnt not get even one upgrade or enhance i even tryed to upgrade a simple item that usually is a given and even that didnt work, this i found totaly unacceptable i would have expected at least one upgrade or enhance.

I wrote to Kabam about this and asked for my gems back so that i could use them on something that acctually worked, there reply was 1/ that we cant give gems. this i know to be false as i have been awarded gems before for faults with the game.

2/ that they would howver give me 5 +5 Master tokens.

the latter they did and they are now sat in my inventory, unfortunatly they will not work i sent a screen shot of them in my inventory however having never had them before i dont know what they should look like the ones i have dont have a picture with them it just says master token +5 at the top of the box in the inventory.

I sent this screen shot to kabam and asked for assistance with this i have heard nothing since.

I will also state that inbetween all this one of the messages i recieved stated that all i had to do was select the item in throne room i wanted to upgrade and it woul be guaranteed up to +5 i tryed this on my +4 banner and it broke and so i had to use more gems to repair it as it was an active item.

To say the lest i am not happy and want this resolved asap

I would also like to suggest to Kabam that they like most complanies of there size set up an instant chat feature so that we as PAYING customers can get hold of someone to help with problems.

....and wtf are you doing using gems to repair stuff for? why not just repair it normally and wait the time like everyone else?
i am also impressed that they gave you anything. i would have expected the "the throne room enhancement/upgrade's success rate is very low" line of bs from them

You have to open the box or what you're saying is the box won't open. Anyway once you do they get placed in your general inventory tab. Then you go to the TR and upgrade a item. Open the tab for protection items and at the bottom should be the option to use the master token.

i used the gems as it was an active item and i wanted it to stay that way as the domian is very active and it doesnt do to let yoour guard down, the things are already in the general tab nothing to open, but as i have said to them i suspect its another problem with the game as they arent being recognised by the throne room.

Thx for repies anyway its just a shame that the kabam employees on here arent as efficient when it comes to problem solving

How long ago did you write in for this? I had a huge issue that I first wrote in about on the 3rd of June and got the we are so busy junk but if you are still having issues to reply to this message. I still haven't heard anything on it. Then two days ago I sent in a ticket another issue, not as important as the first one, and of course haven't heard anything back from it yet other than the automated one that they will get back to me within one business day.

i first put the compiant in on the 27th june and recieved the auto reply, the next day someone replied with a solution to the problem that i didnt agree with so we exchanged messages until we reached an agreement on what was an acceptable solution the issue is now resolved to my full satisfaction.

Any one who is having problems with Kabam support as i have many many times in the past will know that it is not often that this kind of thing happens, it was a first for me, however the person i communicated with was very reasonable and helped out a great deal.

I gues that that means that there are some people who work for Kabam that really do try to help.

the person i spoke with was called on his messages anyway Antwan s and he is very helpfull if you every get him to assist you.

nothing wrong with throne room i have figured it out, and im just a woman, a politicaly incorrect one at that i really dont understand people getting wound up about it anymore no matter what people say it wont be going anywhere
