Game won't allow me to click on anything!!

Unable to play due to the fact that I cannot interact with any of the icons other then the 3 different views of each city (FN,Greenwich,Brooklyn). It won't allow me to look at anything in the cityscape view as well as check messages, tournament leaderboards, collect money, play brooklyn mini game and pretty much everything else. This has happened once before and you guys either fixed or it was my computer and the problem went away. Either way I appreciate you taking the time to take a look at this problem for me.

I am having this exact same problem today everything was fine when I logged off last night

I have the same issue on one of my computers. I could only chat, but nothing else.
