    Base leveling technique for 10k players

    A possible issue:

    A level 10k player has the advantage of moving his base and creating a 10k outpost. This costs an extrodinary number of resources, but resources are not difficult to obtain. With the support of the rest of an active alliance with one 10k member they can't make unlimited 10k bases that (depending on your sector) an opposing alliance/player won't be able to even scout.

    not true... If a 10k player moves on the map yes it assumes his level, but when he moves to another spot, its downgraded to 2k

    Silva is right. The bases get downgraded to 2k. And who said that they can make unlimited 10k bases?? I probably costs more that 100,000,000 res to make a single 10k base. Maybe he will be able to make 2-3 in a week (unless he's a heavy plat spender)...

    Only way to make a 10K base is with troop upgrades. 443 Chimera will do it which will set you back only 133K Uranium. If you max out silos and build enough staging areas, you can build batches of one million Chimera at a time. Alliances that have nothing but 10K outposts are coming and coming soon.

    ROFL - 443 chimaera take just over 27.5 days to build without accels. Yeah, folks are just falling over themselves to dump a months worth of build into a single base like it was nothing...

    I must be imagining the 15,000 or so 10K outposts in my sector.
