I have had many problems over the last month and I have alway got a Merlin has gone rouge wait 48 hrs for response and I never got one it been over 3 week for some with no response and I know u have the right email because you have sent me the Merlin thing. This is very anoying and shows that you have terrible coustomer service once again. Please fix this I want responses
