accuracy debuff

Hi every one

I wrote to kabam, but still they have not answered me. If you notice, the accuracy debuff, this is the only article debuff whith positive sign.
I put it into practice and the accuracy debuff reduces the troops of the player who possesses it and the accuracy debuff does not affect the player who realizes the assault

I think that it is a mistake of the program.

LOL, I just got one also, kinda wondering about all the other things I don't look over well. No wonder I can not find anything good, all this other crap is in the way :-P
