Not allow extreamly powerfull players attack week players

I think that it is unfair that Some people continously attack smaller players wiping them out because that makes people not play and annoys them. I think that if someone is under 500k power and getting attacked by someone who is over 4 mill should get A warning and if they dont listen get a ban for a few hours.

Don't defend and you won't be wiped out. Hide your resources and you won't be attacked.
