i want to know how i can get my food production up to positive again because now it's in negative and i cant build anything

your food will always be negative. In my largest realm it is -250mil. If it goes to 0 your troops won't desert or die. Just get what you need from camps when you need it and queue your troops.

i know that with the troops but is it not a bit almost start with -35k food/hour?
and it's anoying to have it allways dropping

as Yoleinya said, as long as you have troops it will be in the negative. You need to plan correctly with your camp attacks, start from far away then work back closer to your city. Have all your marches come back at close to the same time, this way you have enough to do some training and building. Good luck and wait until you get to -100 million or bigger.
