Which in game message. I get hundreds a day and like 10 from kabam in the last 48hrs. Why isn't that message in the banner in chat?!?!? How hard is it to add "June 22nd" to the banner!?

I recently tried to get customer support from kabam. 10 emails of automated responses of zero assistance. Funny thing is they were very efficient at taking my 100's of dollars . Anyone heard or seen customer support ever at kabam besides bullshit preloaded msgs?

Yes they do need to work on their customer support. Many players have complained about it.
