Disconnecting Facebook from Kabam?

Hi there, I used to play KoC on Facebook about a year ago and then slowly stopped playing. I made myself a new account on Kabam, progressed a fair bit and while not thinking about the game I had previously on Facebook and I connected the two accounts. Now all I can see is my old game that I had a year ago and I can't seem to find my way back to my new Kabam KoC. I can see in the top nav that it switches between "kabam" and "facebook" but either one I click just takes me to my old city. Is my new city lost? Is there anyway to disconnect my Facebook from my Kabam account without having to go through the mess of making a new one? Or am I pretty much SoL :P ? Thanks for any answers guys!

I am having a similar problem with no luck. I created a Kabam Account first, progredded in the game, then I was going to join an alliance and they asked me to link facebook. when I did my KOC game was reset. I can't see any setting that will allow me to switch between facebook game and kabam game.

when you are playing Through kabam site , Top right you will see just to left of login a little grey dropdown box saying *your Game From* use this to switch between the two

I have exactly the same problem. At first I couldn't see the options to change from account to account but then I logged out and sign in with my Google account and I found it but it doesn't matter what tab I select, it keeps logging in to the new account. I want my old account back! =( Is there a way to disconnect from Facebook??

I found a way to disconect my facebook account but it still doesn't get fixed. Anyway I'm telling you how. You have to go to your Facebook settings (click on the arrow next to your name ) and find on the left side the Applications that are attached to this account. You can click the edit option on the right side of the app 's name and remove it. You will then receive an email telling you that your kabam account has been disconected from your Facebook account =)

I know this is an old thread, and I'm sorry, but I'm having the same problem, however I cannot get them disconnected even though I have removed the app from my facebook, the accounts are still linked, and I cannot get back to my city I created 2 days ago where I was at level like 15. now I'm back to level 1

Yes, plz...are there any Mods on this fourm?? This is something I'm sure can easily be corrected for us. I signed up through Kabam and was doing great with a good Alliance...and decided to link my facebook and BAM.....im on a different server with a new acount??!!?? I dont have the option to switch Domains and that box to go between facebook and Kabam does not let me in my old account. Seriously, please help Mods.

Linking your Kabam account to your Facebook account will mean you lose access to it
It is being worked on but no fix as yet
