Gang reset time

wondered if kabam could take a look into the length of time it takes for black hand to be reset because it does take a very long time at the moment and gangs are spread out so far apart it takes a while to get through attack orders,
also if you could take a look into training time for troops..

it has to be so so people don't over use it ... I think it is 1 hour for full refresh of gangs ... some limitations are there to keep us from expanding too fast ... imagine if there was no gang "cooldown" ... everyone would just farm nearest level 10 gang near them lol ...

No it’s like 25min for lvl10 gang... (instant @ murder inc.)
