How do you use contracts???

You use them to train Assassins. If you go to your inventory you'll see how many contracts you got, when you are going to use the contracts you simply click on train, click on Assassins. Under the "Cost to train" when you clicked on the Assassins, there is a small little white box under the Cement that shows you how many contracts you got so you don't always have to go to your inventory.

Don't forget to check the requirements for the Assassins so you can train them, otherwise the only thing you can do is to wait until you can train Assassins before you can use the contracts. When they release a new unit you'll be able to train Assassins without contracts, but then the contracts you got is needed to train the new unit.
