To be fair, after several complaints, I would like to give credit where credit is due.
First, the support seems to be improving. After a few canned response I finally got a more solid human interaction and she did give me a 14-day accelerator to compensate for the recent research time reduction. It was 7 days after I opened my ticket but still, it's better than what I have hoped.
Second, the recent message in my mail box shows that they are listening.
