    Thumbs up Kabam getting better

    To be fair, after several complaints, I would like to give credit where credit is due.

    First, the support seems to be improving. After a few canned response I finally got a more solid human interaction and she did give me a 14-day accelerator to compensate for the recent research time reduction. It was 7 days after I opened my ticket but still, it's better than what I have hoped.

    Second, the recent message in my mail box shows that they are listening.

    * An update of what will be happening soon
    * Removal of fraction attack
    * Removal of resources donation in daily mission

    The support gave me a 7 day speed up in less than 15 minutes, all thanks to Nicholas. That guy owns. He escalated my ticket.

    However, removing resource donation mission is so not on. At least not before bringing a new one. This leaves Google+ players with just a single Know Your Enemy daily mission. Not to mention where would I drop all that excess resource now?

    I rarely claim daily mission in my G+ account now. Hopefully the new daily mission is allowed for G+ players as well.

    Funny thing these new "changes". I would say another dissapointment... When they did the daily resources donation, back then when lvls were low etc, it was totally insane, to donate 20m of 100k of xp. People back then, said it was insane. Now when the game has changed 100%. Kabam seems to pic those 10 months old ideas and complaints.

    Now the deconstruct nanos DO NOT WORK on supply depots. Since everything can be build and researched with one, level 7 depot, daily mission would have been pretty smart thing to do. I bet kabam has notised this and this is why they are now removing the daily mission away.

    Well I am giving high expectation to the new daily mission.

    I don't like the resources mission that much anyway.

    I liked it only because I could get rid of some useless rez. I also am looking forward to new missions but sadly I probably will never see them. Im sure Kabam will decide to punish its loyal players that use google+ again. Kabam and google+ cant behave like good little children so Kabam takes it out on the players that are loyal to the game.

    I have noticed that kabam was getting a bit busy (not much response to support tickets and such), but i tought they were working on some improvements.
    I see we get a heads up about things to come in our in-game mailbox such as the faction attacks and resource for the fleet mission so i can only give kudo's for kabam to see this and i hope they keep it up, they're growing nicely.
    Please read my posts as if they were from a regular player like most of us, unless they are red which is used for moderator actions.

    It's good to see Kabam giving it's players notice of what's going to happen in game but as for the support well they are as useless as ever. I sent in a support ticket as Nicolas said to do when they changed the research times and I'm still waiting to hear back from them so far 6 days wasted and rising.

    I put in 2 tickets to get a 14 day terrack research solution and they shafted me twice on each with the "not enough information" crap. I'm just going to wait the 5 remaining days and take Kabams shaft again like always. I also liked the research donation and in all my time saw no one hate it on the forum, it was the only thing besides moving your base what resources were good for, and no one I know the alliances I'm in use it for anything then the donation because we all don't care about the map or its lame prizes.
