On a hunch it imagines as something like voltage barrier, that must strike all targets around in the same time, but have low range. E.g. shock tower in "random defence" flash game or tesla tower in "canyon defence" flash game. I think in this game must be same as normal & suggest: 1. shrink tesla tower range to 100 pts - 2. shrink it's damage twice or around it. 3. tesla tower now hits all targets within its range at one time.
