Cresting for Crests and Seals for City Deeds

This is an open question to Kabam and the general forum population. I have recently gone back into Glessic189, I still had my 3 cities in there and relatively intact so I decided to start attacking some level 8 wilds to gain some Crests and Seals. I'm currently shy of 1 Kay's Crest in order to gain my 4th City deed but after nearly 2 hours of attacking a nearby wood I have gained ZERO crests but plenty of Throne Room items, which don't get me wrong are appreciated but not what I'm currently after.

So my question is: Have Crest drops been stopped by Kabam.

No, the crests and seals are still there...

Here's my theory - and it's held up fairly well so far.

There are crests and seals out there - 'assigned' to a wilderness. What I mean is - the wilds that have a crest/seal is predetermined and not a simple roll of the dice.. so if you hit a wild, the server doesn't just figure there's a xx% chance - it already either has one assigned or it doesn't. I also think that once a crest/seal is found, it gets allocated to the next wild to fully regenerate of that level on the map.

The reason that I believe this is that:
1) crests are most often found on whatever level of wild the majority of the domain is hitting. I've started brand-new domains and gotten ahead of the average and had terrible luck finding them in level 10 wilds (and dropped back down to 8s for a better count) and I've also been on domains where very few players were hitting low-level wilds with very bad results.
2) In addition, it explains why some players have great luck re-attacking the same few wilds repeatedly - and why they often find the same crests/seals back-2-back. The crest that they just found is now allocated to the wild they hit 2 min ago.
3) It also explains why you can sometimes find crests/seals in wilds that haven't fully regenerated yet. That wild WILL be the next wild to fully regenerate after a crest was found, so it was assigned there.

So, given this theory, the crests are assigned to wilds on the map already, but they aren't shifting around because you're the only one hitting wilds. You would literally have to stumble on the wild that has your crest assigned to it. (and chances are, you'll find 2 or 3 in a row).

So, my suggestion is to keep hitting the wilds that you're hitting, but ask every member of your alliance to hit level 8s while you're doing it. That should get the crests shifting around.

But, like I said, its just a theory.

That's an interesting theory, still nothing from this wood so I'll try something else nearby for a while and see what happens. Appreciated.

Wow, don't believe that, first attack on a lvl 8 Mountain this time outstanding Kay crest won, I'll carry on a few more attacks and see what the success rate is.

I only need 1 more Stag King Seal. I've been cresting off and on for months. Yesterday I spent several hours cresting and I believe that I only received 1 or 2 crests. I'm thinking that Kabam has basically stopped crest dropping. This is very frustrating. I've been on domain 319 for at least 1 year. Is it really supposed to take this long to get all 7 cities? I DON'T THINK SO!!! Come on Kabam get things fixed before you bring out new stuff!!!
