Cityscape Takeover Event prize NOT received !

Kabam,Razia, and to whom it may concern,

This is not the first time I have tried to contact you guys regarding the misconception you all have created during the awarding of the Cityscape Takeover Event. I have sent in several tickets, along with a few posts on the forums regarding the situation, you all have disregarded all the acknowledgements I have made towards my problem. All the other problems are being solved, fixed, and/or reasoned with, but where is my acknowledgment? I have spent lots of money on this game, since I enjoy being a part of it, due to the current problem I am going through, and not receiving any response, I am being forced to pull away.

I won the Cityscape Takeover Event on the Harrison server, with the most time held, I am not 100 % sure, I am " 200%" sure. Even then, you all managed to screw up the winners chart, and place my name as a winner on the Anthony server. It does not bother me that you all messed up, mistakes happen, but ignoring the situation, and not correcting it; is not the way to run a business. Not to mention, it gives your corporation a really nasty look when it comes down to recommending your site. There is currently a tournament that is taking place, and this is the exact edge I needed to possibly enjoy my chances of winning, but that does not seem to be in my favor. All I ask for , sincerely, is that my problem be fixed. I would like to enjoy myself, and this problem is preventing me from that.

I totally agree with everything you say.

As you know, I was the actual winner on the Anthony server. This was confirmed on the posting Kabam originally made of the results of this contest. Kabam have since changed the reults and deleted the original posting. Why would they do this?

The results were hanged the day after the original posting although I did notice that you won on the Harrison server. I have contacted Kabam regarding this and they have apparently checked through their records and are now confirming the latest postings as being correct.

There is no way they can be correct. You yourself acknowledge that you did not win on Anthony, you are pretty much inactive on the Anthony server as you play on Harrison.

This is a travesty that cannot be allowed to continue, do Kabam not want to pay out correctly or, as I strongly suspect, are they incapable of doing so? I believe they have suffered some form of "glitch" yet again and as usual are not prepared to admit to any kind of failing on their part. Once again, not living up to their side of the terms of service.

Part of their latest offer is to invite friends for the "chance" to win diamonds, I would not recommend this game or company to anybody.

I await Kabam's comments, or more likely, lack thereof.

Further to my comments above.

I have today received an email from Kabam confirming that the prizes have been paid out. Yet Mojo (God) has not yet been paid on either harrison or anthony server. just more proof of kabam ripping people off.

Should I regard this as further proof or their utter incompetence, failure to keep accurate records and outright lying?
